Channel 4 spike to an ex Russian Prime Minister tonight who said that Putin is finished.

It won’t be immediate but he stated that within two years he’ll be forced out by internal happenings and exiled to China or the like if he’s still alive.

It looks like the mobilisation isn't going well initially.
It is also misleading (lieing). It's aimed at one million according to those who have scrutinized it (the men now fleeing Russia). They interpret the part "Classified" as pertaining to include non combatants or untrained reservist.
Here in the west our exposure to this war is through money and will remain so for now.
In Russia the sanctions are affecting just below the consumer level at the moment but that's about to change.
Mobilisation brings the war into family life for the first time. This is Putin's gamble but he is proving to be an inferior chess player. He has fired his logistics officer (wouldn't have known he had one) and now hopes to have 300K combatants fully trained,armed and put into the battle zone?
I can understand why they are fleeing.
