OK get you, I'm assuming you are referring to the word "alleged" let me change that to convicted. You know we are not really that far apart. I agree with you the GRA was badly needing updated and the Tran's community do need protection in law. But my post highlights the worry and fear I have. That being a MAN can exploit this loophole and put himself in a position to abuse Women. A simple amendment would have closed this loophole but bizarrely it was voted down.
