    Just need to keep him sweet until end of season, give him a verbal agreement, and then just get the best price for him.
    In this crazy football world 50 million should not be a problem. But we cannot have him hanging around this club much longer than 3 months.
    Been here 2 mins and demanding this demanding that, Arsenal got rid of 2 bad eggs and are in a far better place.

    Not about his current contract, simply the ease (or otherwise) with which he can exit under current conditions (and presumably how much we eventually get for him) given the strong rumours he wants away (and most certainly will want away if we get relegated).

    If we get double what we paid for him that isn’t a bad outcome and we may get a lot more.

    His press utterances read pretty well and he leaves everything else beyond football to his agent and I suspect Deco sees him as a Champions League star and there in lies the problem.
