    One question, one question only

    To Linda

Mine would be "why do you need to sell Dens before any new stadium is complete".

If you don't know the full story it's probably best keeping your snout out.

Cash flow would be my answer. Seems odd decision however. Do you think FPS have a concern that the fans could do something that could frustrate the new stadium plan? I can't see it myself but maybe someone does.

The entrenched rights of the A shares can block a move away from Dens Park.

Might that be why they want to sell the ground? No Dens Park the A Shares are meaningless.

I enclose the Dundee Football Club Limited Filing History from the Companies House website. https://find-and-update.company-info...filing-history
You should pay particular importance to the share transaction which is dated 10th August 2018.
If you scroll down the details of this transaction you will read all the entrenched rights of the A shares which are listed in this document.
It might be a good idea to make the details of the entrenched rights of the A shares from this document as a ‘sticky’ which would make it easy for everyone to see at a glance instead of hunting through the Companies House to obtain the information.

Think it says that the A shares cannot enforce the Dens Park clause if the ground is no longer available.

I have just finished reading the entrenched rights of the A shares and I cannot find the clause you mention.
Interestingly since Thorntons stopped being the Dundee Football Club Limited Solicitors the list of entrenched rights of the A shares are no longer listed every time a notice of shares being issued is lodged at Companies House.
