    Dundee FC Juniors

I enclose details about Dundee FC Juniors who have been based in Austin Texas for many years and according to the enclosed website are going to merge with Capital City Soccer Club. https://www.capcitysc.com/dundee
The section headed Player affiliation with Dundee FC is particularly interesting as it gives the impression that when Dundee FC Juniors join Capital City Soccer Club they will be able to continue the close affiliation with the Scottish club.
I have never heard of Dundee FC Juniors based in Austin Texas where Tim Keyes is based let alone known that Dundee FC Juniors have been in operation for many years.

I,m sure my grandson played against them for the Dundee academy team about three years ago at the DISC.
Might have been arranged by John Nelms

    Thanks for your information.
I remember reading that Paul Hartley travelled to America with other Dundee FC coaches one summer which I think was 2014 to coach youngsters in Austin Texas. I can also remember sitting in the Main Stand when it was announced over the tannoy that there was a group of youngsters from America attending the game.
In my opinion the Capital City Soccer Coub website is a bit misleading as it gives the impression that Dundee FC own the $42 million sports complex which is not correct.

At that time, I believe they were the top team in their area in Texas,
I lost count after goal number 15 went in, ended up splitting the teams just to make a game of it !

This might account for no soccer players from Dundee FC Juniors now Capital City Soccer Club arriving at Dens Park for trials for the first team.
They should have kept playing the same teams and perhaps your grandson’s team might have become the world champions for the biggest win in a soccer match.
