    Coventry(away)predictions

No chance as this squad seems quite happy with mediocrity.

yea, I don't see a win here. They will be out of the play-off places after this game for the first time since before Xmas. And I don't see them pulling any kind of form, I could be wrong.
Have they all been spending everyday in training the past 2 weeks practising and making sure they are doing every single thing to ensure they are fully on this? No, they all went on holiday to places like Dubai.
    They couldn't give a ****e, neither can I.
    2-0 defeat

These players need to have someone motivational to inspire them to greater things.
Mowbray is a stabiliser, nothing more nothing less.
The next appointment needs to be an important one.

Do you not think the vast majority of managers at this level are all exactly the same? They are all flawed one way or the other.
They are second division managers for a reason. If they were any good, they wouldn't be down here.
Same goes for the players. Good ones get snapped up. Both managers & players.
The only good ones are at those few clubs who yo-yo between the Prem and Champ.
If we got rid of Mowbray, I still maintain nothing will change. If anything it will get worse.
Its all a much of a muchness.
Once you start changing managers, things normally tend to get worse. If he doesn't work out, then you are forced into making another change. Boro have changed manager quite alot. No change. Bristol City have, no change. These sides are exactly the same as us, apart from they get much bigger crowds. Half the division keep chasing that dream of a new manager bounce. It rarely works, or changes anything.
If we knew we could attract a decent manager, then fine, make the change. We aren't a Prem club with money or crowds. We are only here where are now because we have some stability.

This is why they aren't going up. Or probably now not going to make the play offs. There is a large element of luck attached aswell. We are cruising to a win. A massive win. Then a fat guy runs on the pitch who they cant remove for 6 mins. So the ref adds 10 mins on. Then they score in the last kick of those 10 mins. You cant train for that scenario. Or legislate for it. I found it interesting time keeping. There wasn't even time to kick off after. Could he have blown before the cross comes in? Probably.
To us .....why if we are desperate for a goal did he not bother starting Dack? Or Dolan? It was our own fault in reality. We started the game to not win it. Therefore deserved what we got in the end. A win would have been so big. The loss of those 2 points may be crucial come May.
