    I do a bit running.
Nothing too serious but I've upped the anti since I lost a bit of weight, manage a couple of 10ks plus a shorter recovery run 3 of 4 days Monday to Thursday, then a longer (15 or thereby) on a Saturday.

Do a fair amount of walking with Jess the dug. Just finished the West Highland Way yesterday. Lovely part of the country but if I was doing it again, I’d take more time & break it up a bit

I've been down to 56 minutes odd, now if I get under the hour I'm happy.
Fun runner country rather than anything more serious but 58 yo it's respectable enough.

Aye Scottish internationalist hill runner about 25 years ago .

Used to train with 5 minutes per miles boys on the roads where i hurt like fk .
But on the hills it was my turn to get them to hurt like fk.😄.
But now at 64 I can't train the way I used to.

But will say this my mates of over 30 years running together it was unbelievable that in our mid 40s we were still finishing 1st 2nd and 3rd in races .
The last one being the Ythan challenge with around 300 runners .👍

    Love running mate .

Gym 3-4 times a week and run between 5-10k once a week. Drink and eat like f**k the other two days though
