Given that matches will now last about three hours, I suppose this will be spun by the onanistic marketeers now pandering to generation x-box, as “increased value for money”.

    Bollix bollix bollix.
Just another excuse to add on 6 minutes additional time when a goal is needed by one of the bigot brothers

Some hun with a sense of humour (no, really) on the Fitba North site responded to the news of VAR introduction (**** THAT) with “VAR the people”.

    Grudging applause.

    Hun ****.

He’s from somewhere up north, near Iceland I think, so that awful pronunciation is probably as alien to him as “the ‘ra” is to his hardcore be-sashed brethern central belters.

Whilst I have Vuck All Reason to watch fitba that involves neither Keith nor the Dons, the highlights of Chelsea v (Kevin Rowland’s) Wolves came up on the Google list today. Chelsea scored via a penalty that was given after a VAR lookie. If ever there was a case of an attacker looking for a leg to fall over in the penalty box, this was it.

Vucking fARcical. I’ve no doubt that the acronym will be satirised to oblivion once it takes hold in the fixed Glasgow Premiership next December. I’ll offer “Value Accruing - Rangers” as a starter.

    Modern fitba is piish.

I admit to watching Dive of the Day on Saturday night.

Enjoyment only really comes from the bizarre VAR decisions.

Seems to work without the drama in other countries.

I always remember us losing a goal at Ibrox from a cross that was a foot over the bye line.

On looking at the replay the commentator said " the ball was in, in the spirit of the game"

    I rest my case.

Difficult to imagine a more obvious dive.
Not only that, offside in the first place.

    VAR is total s’hite

Var is just a TV replay, it's the referees who are shiite

Hard to believe he gave the pen , when for the whole of the game he wasn't putting up with diving.
