Time to do the right thing Tony.

Thats it. The most abject performance of the season which now finishes off any half hope they had. Losing to bottom of the league. A shocking team selection. A shocking performance. A side who thrw the towel in vrs Hull in Jan and have won just 4 times since. Not good enough. Not going anywhere. Time to freshen things up at the club. Venkys should sack him tomorrow after that debacle. But they are clueless. And dont care either. But he still needs to do the right thing by us. Step down. Step aside. Do whatever. Just leave and give another person a chance. If he stayed now, I dont think they would go down. But they certainly wont ever finish above 8th. They will to well to see this season out finishing as high as 8th. That was painfully embarrasing today. And I'm not going to change my mind on this. He has to go now. Not in 3 or 4 games. Leave today. Tomorrow at the latest. Thanks for steadying the ship Tony. But goodbye.

I have got to agree with this.
I thought about him being part of the rebuild next season but we are rotten to the core and a new manager with a clean slate, might be what's needed.

Nothing changes if he stays. In no way does he deserve or warrant a new contract. So we need to step into the unknown now and find someone new.
Farke who took Norwich up would be first choice. A huge step up from mid table Mowbray. And would be a decent shout. Ready and available now. Put Mowbray I gardening leave for the final 4 games.
Get Van Hecke out of this side immediately. Send him back to Brighton. He is bloody awful.
Get Lenihan out too. Wave goodbye to him. All he did today was not defend and give the ball away. Like a majority of his career with us. Fk Nyambe off aswell. Dont play him again Same with that ****e we got from Wolves who can't be arsed.
Play Ayala and Wharton at CH. Bring Johnson in to look after the 1st team for the last few games.
Go and make Farke a decent offer. And let's put all this embarrasing mess behind us and try to navigate next season.

Yes to all of that but one issue.
Waggott is mowbrays mate and that will stand in his favour when he is trying to engineer a new deal.

I dont think he will fancy staying now as I'm not sure his heart is in this anymore. He will be probably ready for a change aswell.
Equally to balance that up. How much drive have Venkys got to push on and try to get us up. If they had any he would almost certainly be gone already. They have blown what was a really good chance of getting in the play offs. This club is going nowhere. Which is the same realisation at the same point every season by this point.
