Paterson available apparently. I think Martin will put his strongest team out and go for it.
This match will be a good gauge of how much we’ve improved since the last encounter.
The end is near as we wind down our season with the last three games.
With nothing to play for but pride after two consecutive seasons of being in the play-offs and after blowing our chance of a late play-off push this time around, we entertain second in the table Bournemouth on Tuesday night.
The reverse fixture saw us getting trounced 4-0, surely the players will be up for this one, looking for revenge for that defeat last November.
We can’t afford to continue giving away silly goals though if we’re to get anything from this match.
We missed the creativity of Paterson on Saturday, with us being unable to break down Middlesborough’s robust defence. Hopefully he’s back for Bournemouth.

Swans 3 (Piroe 6’, 12’, Christie 58’) - Bournemouth 3 (Moore 72’, 90’, Solanke 81’ pen)
Swans were in ripping form last night, tearing through Bournemouth.
It was 2-0 at half-time and cruising, thanks to Piroe’s brace. The half-time talk was could we sustain it for 90 mins or would we collapse again like at Reading.
Christie added a third on 58 min to allay those fears, but sadly it all went wrong on 62 mins when giant forward Moore came on. The game turned on its head.
Cabango had gone off injured on 48 mins, our only back three player over six foot and Bournemouth started to hurl balls into our box for Moore and on 72 mins he headed home 3-1. Manning handled in the box, missed by the ref who pointed for a corner. Linesman flagged penalty, Solanke fired home 3-2. Comeback was complete on 90 mins when a Solanke header was palmed out by Fisher only for Moore to head home 3-3. Backs to the wall defending for 8 mins injury time to hold on for the draw, what a capitulation. We had nobody in defence to counter Moore’s dominance. Big in stature players who could have made a difference marking Moore, Bennett and Burns, we’re home watching on TV!
Another useless ref and his assistants as Bournemouth fouled us all night without censorship. Cabango had to go off after a late tackle by Lowe, Moore was elbowed in the face, no surprise the ref didn’t see it, and many other incidents.
We should be used to it by now, the standard of refereeing is shocking in this division.
