That's impressive, my twin brother does 2 x 5 mile runs every day at a fast rate at the age of 68

I was running a mile in 6 and a half minutes at 57/58 and at 60 could still do nearly 5 miles in 37 minutes which put me in the top 1% of the whole of the U.K. across all age groups for average mile times.

I’m injured at the moment which is frustrating as I can’t train.

I can also balance a broom on my chin handle first.

Strangely I can make my ears twitch without moving any other part of my face as well.
