Sinkov claims he only votes for Johnson because he's the best of a lousy alternative. I could never vote Conservative, and today I will vote Labour to hopefully get back control of Bolton Council.

I'll put on record right now, I could not and would not vote for a Starmer led Labour Party in the next General Election. Vote Green instead!

What a mess twelve years of Tory governance gas given us.

Thing is BT he’s right ( Sinkov ) the better of two evils , and let’s be honest the last time the Labour Party had control things did not go well.

The tragedy is and was Corbyn did not get the chance to provide balance against the Tory right wing think tank. Corbyn's chance has been and gone, I honestly and truly believe we need a new political party that understands we need enterprise and socialism to work together hand in hand.

It's abhorrent IMHO that BP and Shell are earning billions of profit quarterly tax free, while a lot of our citizens are struggling to make ends meet. We need to and must reel in these global MNCs that are indulging in an unfettered feeding frenzy at our expense.

Never mind BP and Shell, despite what the eco-loons and silly little girls like Thunberg tell us, we need oil and gas, and we need these companies to invest in exploration for more of it, which they cannot do if they don't turn a profit.

You want a scam, try this one, all encouraged and cheered on by the media and all political parties.

"Pfizer accused of pandemic profiteering as profits double. Drugmaker makes $37bn in vaccine sales and predicts bumper year ahead from Covid jabs and pills"

    https://www.theguardian.com/business...-profits-sales

"The U.K. has used just 142 million of the stockpile of 650 million vaccine doses it purchased, leaving an estimated £4 billion worth of vaccines unused and, at current levels of take-up, likely going to waste. "

I doubt this will be concerning Pfizer executives and shareholders, and why would they worry, it's the poor old British taxpayer picking up the bill.

Covid ? Pandemic ? Woo Hoo !!! Bring it on, where's that next variant ?

Indeed BT, it's the mother of all cluster****s and no mistake, my only slight consolation is that I can imagine how much worse it would have been had we been run by the Loony Left for the last twelve years. Then I sit back and think that maybe the Old Etonian, Boy George and the Blond Buffoon aren't so bad after all.

Better keep a hold of nurse,
For fear of finding something worse.

Much worse in the case of the Labour Party running the country, oh yes, much, much worse. I'm giggling just thinking about it.

I am not sure BT what record in LOCAL government gives you cause to think any one of the main parties will do any better than the other. In Radcliffe (neglected for years) we have formed our own local party and won 8/9 seats. Middleton Independents have decided enough is enough in Rochdale too.

Where have all the old certainties gone? What has happened to the good old days when you could rely on Piers Corbyn to be the most obnoxious Piers and most obnoxious Corbyn despite fierce competition in both categories? When you could be sure that Jeremy would empty every Arsenal he came across other than those footballing Gooners in his back yard? At last Sir Keir has nailed this particular jellyfish to that barn door. He will resign if fined. I can see several members of current Labour gleefully shoving him toward the exit door. Curry and a pint anyone?

Did it work? Are Labour in charge in Bolton or have you not campaigned enough?

Never mind, Keir will have to resign shortly ---won't he?
Boris attends something in his own house and working environment ---an everyday occurrence ---and gets pelters for it because the Met said so.
Keir Starmer and the beloved Angela travel over 500 mile round trip, attend meetings and drink and eat together in a different environment but this is okay as far as they and their supporters are concerned and then the police have to be pressured into investigating.

As sinkov says ----The lunatics etc., etc.

It turns out some snivelling little Tory rat invaded Durham Miners Club privacy and took unauthorised photos. If I was the Durham Chief of police I'd be feeling the little $hit's collar.
