I was at hospo a few seasons back and for a fiver you were allowed 5 guesses at what minute the 1st goal would be scored and I won. My prize was a free subscription to Arabzone......still waiting in it. I seen someone about it when I went back to hospo the next time I was there and they took my number and email address and they would contact me that week......still waiting. Shocking really

There is absolutely no excuse for that or any of the times folk have made enquiries and been ignored. It indicates a disregard for the fans and an abuse of the special relationship fans have for their club.

Seems parts of the club admin have issues and then other parts are absolutely brilliant. I have been fortunate (like yourself) to have had brilliant responses and contact - even now after Priti and others have sadly been pushed out (thats a different pt of anger from me).

after getting no reply til now, i went to the foundation. Might help improve things if they can take a list of similar complaints to their next meeting with the club.
