    Food Hub

Work has began on the new community Food Hub at Palmerston Park. A wall has been removed and two shipping containers will be situated at the site directly next to the Alpha Solway Stand.

Queen of the South are set to support the community by opening a foodbank.

The club plans to site two shipping containers near their ground and transform them into a supermarket style venue where people can pay for provisions or collect them for nothing in a bid to beat food poverty.

What a tremendous initiative. A real feather in our cap as a community club. Respect to all involved.
