A well deserved win. He took the lead on 6th November 2021 and with some very canny predicting ensured an unsurpassed lead. Well played Swedish, the runner-up, for taking it to the final day but.... was the result ever in doubt??

Sadly Bomber finishes bottom of the league after his play off against Tipp. Both scored 20pts but Tipps overall seasons total came into play and ensures that the bottom place went to Bomber who is now in line to the leagues first ever booby prize, watch this space!!

phild and Bomber LOSE their PL badges for next season. PL badges awarded to Pugmitch, Q165 and Epsombaggie and after a good season will no longer carry the CROSS. Swedish retains his PL badge. Calvin loses his CH badge which means Mick as now been upgraded from PL and will now carry the prestigious CH badge for next season.

All those in the HELL FIRE league will now carry the CROSS OF SHAME (X) until Christmas 2022 at least, which is all your own fault for finishing in it. Shameful indeed

Thanks Phil for delivering again .... against the backdrop of a pretty miserable season ... our worst finishing position for 22 years by all accounts.

I think next season the motto for me will be “head over heart” ... too many predictions on my part where I went with what I hoped ... as opposed to the most likely outcome.
