Thread: Rangers beat United

    Rangers beat United

Strange one at Ibrox - United were safety first to an extent which makes us look bold and expansive when Rangers, post Leipzig, might have been vulnerable. They defended well enough but if you tell 11 guys not to leave their own half I guess that's a given.

Anyway, 2-0, so we're in Europe with a home win on Wednesday unless BOTH United beat Celtic and County beat Rangers. I see one half of the bargain as pretty safe, whether we can hold up our end of the deal a different matter...

It might depend on whether Hearts have one eye on the Cup Final and don't really put in an effort, or whether Neilson has said to them that cup final places depend on their performance in their last two games.

Do we still have illness issues with some players? it seemed that the squad was a wee bit depleted at Dingwall.
