You cannot blame Conservative government for huge electricity, gas & water bills

Yes we can blame Conservative government for these huge electricity, gas and water bills.
These services are fundamental to life and should be owned by the government, representing
every citizen. They are near to the base of Maslov's Hierarch Of Needs.

Our electricity, gas and water companies were sold out of every citizen's ownership
such that anyone or any company could go into the market and buy shares. Thus they
are all now owned by foreign companies that have no interest in the well-being of
    UK citizens.

One such company is EDF (Électricité De France) which the French government sensibly
owns a controlling stake in. Thus EDF's customers in the UK are getting price increases
of 54% with even more increases coming in October. EDF's customers in France are getting
price increases of 4%. A government owning the utility companies can ride out worldwide
price spikes and thus treat its customers accordingly, as EDF has done in France for its
    French customers.

It was incredibly corrupt / stupid for a Conservative government to sell the UK's producers
and distributors of such crucially important services into the open market, knowing that their
new ownership could be anyone, any company etc which would not have the interests of UK
    citizens at heart.

So, next time that you vote in a General Election remember the government responsible for
the monumental increases in utility bills and remember the current government's corruption
and negligence regarding Covid. Of course there are numerous other examples of this
government being corrupt, negligent and breaking the Ministerial Code (previously an offence
which resulted in dismissal / resignation). The Prime Minister being still in place is entirely down
to his lack of morality and a similar such lack by 357 other Conservative MPs.
