    That Huddersfield Goal.

What a delivery by that lad Sorba Thomas, someone I’d not heard of previously but apparently the best player at delivering set pieces and balls into the box in the division this season.

Also, the finish by Jordan Rhodes was outstanding, all desire and heart in the mould of Super Bob.

The defender actually did a fantastic job, one of the rare occasions where you couldn’t apportion blame, his commitment to defending was total.

Luton the better side for most of the game though.

Lai must be licking his lizard like lips at the thought of building a squad costing £1.5m to perform so well in the play offs.

It’s all about the character and the choices you make at football clubs.

Funny how Snodgrass was supplying quality crosses for Luton eh!?

Sorba Thomas is a cracking player. Started at West Ham but found himself out of the frame. Kept at it with Boreham Wood where Huddersfield picked him up in January '21.

Versatile player in his first full season at Championship level finds himself with 16 assists and a couple of goals in all competitions. Wonderfully balanced player with superb technique.

If he continues his rate of progress he'll be some player. Stand out performer for Huddersfield at our place this season.

As for Snoddy yes he provided some quality but his legs have gone. Just as he did with us he let midfield runners go far too many times. A winger with a decent ball who should only used in central midfield for cameos.

Only got regular starts with Luton because of their chronic injury list. Would still have been a better option than an injured Mowatt for us but then so would Brunty even at his age.
