Can't edit, but just to add this is very important for the club. For us fans yes but for the club as a whole because if we could somehow get through to the group stage it would give a major boost to the financial position which in turn would see more money for the player budget.

I'm not sure recruitment is a massive brief of the head coach at Tannadice anymore. To be fair, most clubs operate this way these days so I doubt it's a problem for any prospective appointment.
