I’ve heard from someone ITK that Livermore has had a large bump in his wages for the last year of his contract and he’s on £50k a week with a £1.5m added bonus if we get promoted.

Livemore's contract extension was automatically triggered after a set number of appearances so if what you've posted is accurate it would have been negotiated under Dowling's tenure.

We handed out some ridiculous contract extensions under Ken. Phillips and Furlong in particular spring to mind given their duration. One is very in and out form/confidence wise and the other is an athlete before he's a footballer.

But if Dowling agreed to those sums for Livermore, and I stress the word if, then he should be brought back to the club and have his b@ll@cks publicly crushed in a vice. I would personally volunteer my services to do the tightening.

I would not pay Livermore £500 a week as he’s absolute s hite! Big Sam sussed Livermore out and he should have been thrown out with the garbage!!! Captain! He couldn’t captain a f uckin dinghy crossing the channel!
