Krystian Bielik to go?

Having seen the latest in the press if he has any chance of playing at the World Cup it looks like he’s got to go!!

Now before people go ape let’s just look at things realistically…. Should we get anywhere near the supposed £10mil we payed or are due to pay should we consider cashing in?

Yes a great player who will perform well for us but could we use the raised funds for two players?

And then don’t forget the horrific injuries he has endured…..

I’m not saying I want him to go as I’d love him here but should he leave is it the end of the world??

Love him to stay but take your points completely.
On the other hand...no doubt a fit Bielik is worth £10m and is one of our few players with Premier League potential, but your question may be academic because...who’s going to spend that sort of money on a player who’s only managed 48 appearances in the last three years?

Sorry Rich, good idea that doesn't seem properly thought through. Depending on which "journalist" is reporting, we still owe Arsenal somewhere between £5M and £8M for Bielik. Any transfer monies we receive will go straight to the Gunners so we would have no Bielik AND no money for "two players".

The season after a club exits administration they usually get given some sanctions/limits with regard to players. Thus far we don't know what restrictions the EFL has in store for us next season. What could they be?

Squad size. IIRC L1 squads are limited to 22 players plus keepers and U21s. Might we be allowed less?
Transfer/loan fees. Will we be allowed to pay them?
Wages. Will there be a cap?
Contract length. Wil we be restricted in the length of contracts we may offer like we were this season

If the media are to be believed, its the Poland national manager who is telling Bielik he has to play at a higher level than league 1 in order to get picked for the world cup!

First its more than a bit off for a national manager to be saying that publicly - Derby after all pay his wages and secondly, the world cup is in November, so we are talking 12 weeks football at a higher level before then so not sure why its so important for him to play higher and also would he get game time elsewhere?

As far as I understand it MA, the EFL have to approve a business plan which demonstrates how the club will be run within FFP rules for the next couple of seasons, other than that there are no sanctions or restrictions.
