This week, weren’t we expecting the list of players released ?

I keep checking my phone for news of it.
So what’s happened?

Or is the club waiting to see what the new manager thinks of the players before deciding who to release?

We will get a bit of an insight into the intentions of the new board from that list.

It seems that only two senior players have been released - Appo and Miller.
I’m sorry to see Appo leave.

Obviously many more will leave if they don’t sign a contract or they are sold.

But as things stand - we haven’t the clear out that many (including me) expected - so we have the same team as last season.

Me neither Shad , a likeable lad who always tries his hardest but for me he just doesn't score enough goals .

I don't expect 20 goals from the lad every season but at least 10 to 15 .

He's way off even that .

A clear out will still happen. Only the ones “offered new contracts” ,… will leave anyway… and half the retained will be gone via “Sale”
