Well these people are part of PMG (Pacific media group), and no Id never heard of them either!.
They own a number of clubs around Europe and one by one, they are all getting worse.
As you say though the authorities like the FA/EFL should step in here and say enough is enough. Especially when their clubs are being run into the ground and almost into administration.
