Or we could just keep them (or at least Phillips) and use the multi-millions that we will get by having stayed in the Premier League, together with the often promised but, so far, never seen investment from the Septics.

If Liverpool, Newcastle or whoever what to pay 120 to 159 million then don’t see how the club would realistically want to refuse that.

Spent wisely - I know some may fear that it would not be - that would fund a substantial overhaul of the weak areas.

Phillips was the key to Bielsaball in the mArsch system great player as he is not as critical.

The point is yes sell but do you trust the same ones that led us to this path to rebuild and make us strong?

Schitty will buy KP simply to stop someone else getting him.

No, and I would suggest that what we need first is a new owner, with pockets deep enough and an intellect that surpasses that of the incumbent and his hangers-on (not too hard, surely?)

Like I said elsewhere, it's not just down to what a club wants or doesn't want. I the case of Philips, Raphina etc, they are quite capable of determining their own direction, and in the case of Philips, he will want to play, not warm a bench. Maybe foolishly (or hopelessly!) optimistic, but maybe he will see that being a big fish in a small pool is the best way of enhancing his profile (club and representative)?

He would be a perfect fit for Man U and we like giving them our talent or Arsenal. He will play all the time have exposure to the big leagues and would improve them leaps and bounds.
