According to a topic today on the Dark Blues Forum the owner does not appear to be aware that Dundee Football Club have a lease with Sandeman Properties Limited. They pay an annual fee to use Dens Park. Dundee Football Club are responsible for all maintenance, repairs and improvements at Dens Park until their lease ends which I have read on the forums is 2036.Originally Posted by Returnofrros
