Pawlett should never wear tangerine again.
16 year old disgraced himself, gave nothing in 20 minutes.
Middleton and Freemen get them on the transfer list.
We are in the sh#t, make no mistake about it but, to be fair, the damage was done at the start of the season when JR became manager and for on reason or another, single handedly managed to wreck our season! We have had to pay through the nose for this and this season is more about recovery. Any plan that we had to build on last season, has been blown apart. We are now looking at best, at a massive rebuild in the squad for next season...that is a massive job! We don't have an endless supply of cash to throw at the problem and we need to move people on to get people in...and even then, what we can afford might not be good enough to improve the team. We also need to try and entice players to the club that have seen our style of football wreck careers and hardly give them an opportunity to put themselves in the shop window. We have also built a system of trying to develop our own players, but we seem to either create players that are good enough for the championship or they head down south because they are too food for us! We need players being developed that are going to play first team football for us and be successful before they get a move..otherwise our Academy is not working for the club but is only working for the owner! But most of all...survival is our only goal at the moment, and it looks likely that we are going to have to do this with what we have and hope that it's enough to get over the line. It does feel like we are putting all our chips on black at the roulette table and hoping for the best!
I actually don't think we are that far away from a decent set of players, so no wholesale changes in the summer.
Ross County set to sign Simon Murray looks like Mcgregor is splashing the cash again.
