Fletcher has never been prolific, he's more of a Jim MacIntyre type that's at his best with his back to goal involving others. He'll do a job for us but I feel we still need a goal scorer added to the squad.........so welcome aboard Fletch and your hair transplant is considerably better than the cop beaters so all good👍

Fletcher is a great signing imo. A player that will make the ball stick and use his intelligence to bring others in further up the park. Reading that the deal for Z Clark has been pulled. Great news. Get a keeper like John Ruddy on a one year deal. An experienced keeper that'll push Eriksson all the way.

Yip, Fletcher is exactly the type of player we need, if we can keep him fit then he will defo do a job for us. Really need a fast wee player to play off him though.
Hopefully, we will get the pace and width required soon also.
Watt, Fletcher and Mulgrew...that's our management team next season!

what a signing, actually amazed other bigger clubs weren't sniffing about him, or Hearts, tremendous credit due for pulling that signing off. Hopefully we can get the players alongside him to get the best out him.

If I was being picky a 3 year deal was what we needed but no complaints.

We’ve needed a target man that can hold the ball up and bring other into play for years. How many times did we ping the ball up to Clark or McNulty and it would just get hoofed back at us? That won’t happen with Fletcher. Would expect boys like Watt, Niskanen and McGrath (once he signs) to get in amongst the goals with Fletcher up too.

Great signing, and exactly what we need.
I was a wee bit underwhelmed when we brought Mulgrew in, proved wrong so I'm going to keep a very positive open mind about this one.

    Welcome Steven Fletcher!

Getting Levitt on a two-year deal is a tremendous piece of business. Well done, United.
