    Hibs Ladies Summer Updates

    The Ladies have a lot going on.

    A number of players have signed new deals - Joelle Murray, Ellis Notley, Shannon McGregor, Leah Eddie, Michaela Macalonie, Eilidh Adams, Shannon Leishman
    .
    Hibs have signed American striker Crystal Thomas and Trinidad international Liana Hinds already.

    Annoyingly Amy Gallagher has left for Celtic

    Today, sadly, American keeper Gabby English has RETIRED from the game at only 25 years of age. big loss, a good solid shot stopper

    BUT

    Hibs have moved quickly to sign Norwegian keeper Benne Haland from Seria A side Hellas Verona to replace her.

    Haland previously played in the UK with Bristol Cuty.

    Second signing of the day for the Ladies and its a beauty btw...

    Cyprus striker Krystyna Freda.

    in 4 seasons in Cyprus she scored 305 goals!!!!

    She has played in America and Finland.

    Also has 5 caps for Cyprus and scored 15 goals in the champions league

    Another one!!

    English midfielder Aya Kuyken from Bristol City women.

    Started hercareer with Arsenal and spent a year in the USA

    Has represented England at u15,16,17,18 and 19 level.

    Yet another cracking signing.

    Cypriot international midfielder Eleni Gianniou.

    She signs from Apollo Ladies, the 28 year-old having made 10 international appearances, including one at Easter Road against Scotland.

    Eleni has also played in the Champions League on a number of ocassions.

    Some big new coming out today, a number of Ladies have left the club, with a couple of surprises.

    Emily Mutch (GK)
    Eve Donald
    Ria McCafferty
    Amy Muir
    Collette Cavanagh
    Alexa Coyle

    have all left the club. as manager Dean Gibson.

    Stunned that Muir, Cavanagh and Coyle are gone.

    Especially Cavanagh, what a player!!!
