    A positive...finally

    Gregg Broughton has been made director of football.
    I feel this is a positive step and will no doubt aid the club considerably.
    Now for a manager.

    I am just glad they didn't rush in like Watford and QPR did.
    They are in advanced talks with Unsworth and Ferguson. It takes time to get the right man, the one they wanted.
    It takes 10 seconds to dive in and get the wrong one, like those 2 clubs.
    Season only finished a few weeks back, everyone is on holiday, players arent back until mid july. No club are making any signings. Not really sure why folk demand we rush in and get someone now. What will that achieve?
    Identify who we need and want, and go get him. Which is exactly what we are doing.
