Agree that much could be done to revive Dens but I think parking is an issue if you want to sell conference facilities.
That's where I disagree, there is no plan B and never will be a plan B now whether campy goes ahead or not.....Monte Carlo or bust.

The fans groups should be thinking what if we need a plan B.......even if it's financially impossible they should be talking about it.

Too many cooing over the new manager and wondering who he might bring in from Bootle, Darlington and Halifax whilst seemingly accepting a £144 million deal will go ahead whilst the current and historic homes falls about our ears.

I'll no sort my roof, tidy my garden or replace my windows as I'm going win the lottery next week and won't need meh hoose.......

The blueprint was to buy Dens back and upgrade it.......or did I just dream that.

The blueprint was a young ambitious manager

The blueprint was a 350 game manager

The blueprint was an untested rookie

    And back again.

The blueprint seems to be whatever Linda decides the current blueprint is.

The blueprint was making us proud of our club

The blueprint was communicating with fans.

The blueprint was cairdy then dundonald st then at Johns and now Gardyne.🙄

The blueprint was young ambitious players, the blueprint was then the auldest squad in Scotland.

The blueprint was 5 to 7 years

Now I've no been involved in many £144 million deals but if I ever was I'd like to think I'd get involved with someone who wudnae change his mind every half n hour

I've had 'no parking available' thrown at me (not saying by whom) but we've had capacity crowds in recent seasons with no real issues on that front. Tannadice has a bigger capacity but seems to cope - partly by using parking space behind The Shankly.

Then 'no space to develop lounges etc.' yet the space between SE and boundary over to The Coxy is huge - you could probably even plan a monorail station there if you were mad enough.

Then 'oh, but we don't know what's buried under there so it might cost a lot of money to remove the soil'. I doubt it would cost the £40M that a new stadium is reported to be costing to shift some old mill slag.

Of course the old chestnut of 'it's not a great location' - well it's 100 times better located for us fans to access than Camperdown Park is.

'Ah, but Camperdown Park is right on The Kingsway and a new stadium there would be easy to access for from the A90' - well, that's true if they ever get permission to alter the road the way they want, if they even have a viable plan in place to alter the road thee way it would have to be altered (Islay?).
The main problem with the site at Campy Nou is that it is ‘land locked’ with only one access/exit road from the site.
I suppose the Directors of DBPH could apply to have trees chopped down to have a second access/exit road from the rear of the Campy Nou site through part of the former Camperdown Golf Course but no doubt Ms Maggie Chapman who was instrumental in stopping the original Regional Sports Centre at Caird Park because a few trees would be chopped down would also mumping and moaning about more trees being chopped down.

I thought that Dundonald St was before Cairdy.

Have heard John Nelms talk about Stadium and he only mentioned ST J no mention of St Mirren.

St. Mirren was FPS' first target for takeover in Scotland. That fell through then they came in for Dundee.

Going to start trying to be more positive by believing in ‘The Magic’ and getting behind the move after all it’s something for nothing, a blank canvas and a place where you can make all your dreams come true.
