There are ways you can get a club into Europe, but selling your best players to your wealthier rivals isn't one of them.
I cannot really add to that summary mon ami, except to add, they all thought the Titanic would float.

BT --it did float, in fact, it floated quite a long way really, however, it came up against an obstruction and, until recent years, sank without trace. Technology, along with the determination of certain individuals, eventually found it and explored the wreckage.
Perhaps that is what ALK are intending doing with their use of technology relating to Burnley FC. We have hit the obstacle, will we sink without trace for many years or will we be kept afloat and, unlike the Titanic, rise from the ocean? Just asking.

Sink or swim mein freund? We will soon find out, but selling Collins at this juncture would be suicide IMHO.

The question is:- Do we have enough life boats to survive?

They never saw the iceberg coming on the bridge of the Titanic, at least they can see our debt iceberg on the SS Turfmoor bridge. Whether they can avoid it sinking us, is in the lap of the gods imo.

I would imagine he has nothing to do with the financial side, the accountants can dictate to him, he can't dictate to them.

I don't know how long his contract is but having got such a high profile Manager Pace is surely going to try his best to support him.If he ends up sacking him then we are really up the creek without a paddle.

It's the one bit of hope I have Barrie, it looks grim to me, but VK is nobody's fool, if he thinks the job is viable then maybe the situation isn't as bad as I'm thinking it is. We'll see.

Looks like we mean business. Lol

Burnley have a £4m bid on MK Dons forward Scott Twine, who grabbed 20 goals in League One last season.
