    Kalvin Phillips

Going to Man City for 45 Million. To be back up for Rodri. Silly move for the kid to make.

Huge pay rise, Champions League football, and he'll be competing for trophies so you can understand it. Better than being in a relegation battle with Leeds

I can understand his thinking, backing himself to be a starter - complete with the best to be the best. This is a competitor's mindset, the type we want.

Maybe I am looking at things with biased eyes but if I was one of these talented guys with my career ahead I'd want to join us, be in on the ground floor from the beginning of our exciting project to play for our crowd and be a legend for years to come.

I dunno, like. The chance to work with Pep and win the League and the Champions League this coming season is a pretty strong motivation, like.

    Can't blame him at all.

I actually think he'll start more games than we reckon.

I also think he'll be more successful there for them than Grealish will be.

I reckon Pep will raise his game and make him a better player.
