According to Animal's source deep inside Oakwell pre season training was massively stepped this week .

Apparently several players were rather ill towards the end of the session .

1) The players in question haven’t looked after themselves properly over the summer or
2) It shows how unfit we were under Schopp and Asbagi.

Just watched the latest Training Day video. No wonder one or two of em were up chucking. Coming up that hill some of em looked dead on their feet.

That then brings up the subject of expectations, and what are we hoping for this season.
Mid-table for example, some will accept that and some might call it disappointing.
All the early signs though are positive, regarding Duff. 👏
