    The Black Phone.

Went to the old fashioned Odeon in Harrogate the other night to watch this movie, I saw my first film there with my dad in 1966 when I was 5, he took me to see Jungle Book.

The Black Phone was enjoyable as long as you could suspend your logic for a couple of hours.

Ethan Hawke was good in it as were the lad and his sister who were the other two main characters.

It certainly made my missus jump a few times!

Good film. Made me jump a few times. The sister stole though imo.

I thought you would have taken your wife to watch Elvis rather than this though Mick?

    Both are good though.

    Hi BB.

Wife not an Elvis fan tbh mate.

It was more a case of her coming along to accompany me!

Funny making her jump though by grabbing her randomly during the film! 🤣

I use to enjoy the collective scares people use to get at the cinema years ago....felt like you weren't on your own while getting a fright....

I jumped when the boy appeared from nowhere, much to the amusement of my wife and those next to us in the cinema.
