Big stooshy on another forum about a member of staff being made redundant. If it's a move toward leaning out and improving the club overall then quite honestly I don't care. Never good to see anyone lose their job but at the end of the day that's how you make progress.

Do we really believe the club's making progress by weeding out people who have been associated with decades of failure by bagging the kit lady though?

Probably not but completely hacked off with her tweet or post whatever it was.

Re affirms the dble standards on how men and women are treated.....I know it was just in jest .....but I don't like it.

Sandy Brand the guy in charge of the ball boys , working for free for the same amount of years as Lorraine also told he is no longer required, now Sandy worked for free except obviously free entry into games , so what’s going on has nothing to do with cost cutting

I for one have been critical of the ballboys for sometime, I said before it should be young lads from the youths who have a bit football knowledge, you see it at other clubs, they know when to slow down or speed up the game, throwing on a ball before retrieving the one that’s went out

Agree. Part of the culture of making home advantage pay. Speed up everything if it is to our advantage having regard to the state of the game, or slowing it down if needed.

At the Dundee Utd v Rangers game near the end of the season, the ball boys were give pre match instructions regarding the return of the ball to a Rangers player.
Also,, as Rangers chased an equaliser near the end of the game, some of the ball boys were withdrawn from the area behind the
    United goal .
