A proper Government would run things properly, allow the public not to rely on cars to the same extent and generally enjoy more flexibility.

They should get a good old fashioned socialist like Sadiq Khan into run the transport network. You can see it when you go to the NFL game as long as he’s received more bail out since he’s bankrupted TFL since he’s run it.

I don't think anyone would realistically describe Khan as a "socialist " would they?

Mebbes if he duid we'd end up with more fair and equitable taxation and proper funding for public transport.

I think a wee country of five million people with self determination could learn a lot from various of the Scandinavian countries.

I've never relied on public transport in Norway but I'm lead to believe it's good, at least in the urban areas.
