Were they wearing the new kit as well, which is apparently without a sponsor at the moment.
Ive heard that todays 0-0 draw with newly promoted Notts Forest, had some good points and you can see the shift they are putting in. So fingers crossed that this will continue.
Surely it was better than last weeks 0-0 draw with newly relegated Crewe!.

Dunt thee worry cocker, any money raised from Styles, Helik etc will go straight to bank to help run the club ova next year and pay back EFL loan. Bugger all left for a striker, unless it’s a box of Capt Webb or Swan Vestas. Then we can claim ont insurance fora new west stand, lol.

If they had the chance to, and if one became available, would the new lot put in another 1 or 1.5 mill to buy a good Lg one goalscorer ?.

We aren't spending any money on players that much is obvious .

However the club's financial state has to be addressed and to be fair it is what it is .

Saying that there was a club in West Yorkshire last season who brought in eleven new players for absolutely nothing and made it all the way to the championship play off final .

Let's see how it goes .

We had one with Woodrow & the cost of keeping him would have been cheaper than what you are suggesting, maybe a decent premier league loan might be worth trying .
