    think hes lost the dressing room, bomb squad openly questioning his decisions.

    At the end of the day Gerrard is accountable for everything now and has made some odd decisions.

    Bombing Mings out doesn't help much. We have only so many leaders.

    How on earth did Konsa deserve to start? I like him but needs to earn the right to ware the shirt. Chambers should have been ahead of him and Mings.

    Why play Oli up front all pre season and drop him for this game? Imo Oli should start every game and if you play ings Oli should be next to him. The oli ings partnership looked decent last season with either Buendier or Courtinho feeding them. I would never play Ings on his own up front.

    On top of that we had two new starters with Carlos and kamara. Both will be great but we lack the continuity of previous seasons under Smith. Maybe we would have been better starting Mings and Luiz instead and bed them in more gently?
