PREDICTIONS LEAGUE TABLE 6 AUG 2022

    ............ Points .. Total
    Scarjo ...... 20 .... 36
    Silvertop ... 14 .... 30
    Waldron .... 14 .... 24
    Madirish .... 0 ..... 0

    Everyone scored : None
Only ones to score : None
Correct scorelines : DONCASTER (Scarjo) Gillingham (Waldron)
No points scored : Barrow, Colchester, Crawley, Grimsby, Hartlepool, Newport, Swindon
Recorded most correct results : Silvertop, Scarjo (5/12)

It is quite time consuming to prepare the predictions and analyse the results. Now that Madirish has not posted and we have heard nothing from him, we are down to just 3 players and we have had no new players since I joined in 2015.
Reluctantly I have come to the conclusion that it is not worth the effort for only 3 of us, so this will be the final week.
Thank you for taking part, and for the enjoyment I have had personally.
Best wishes for the future, Waldron.

With the loss of Keepmoat and absence of MadIrish, I agree that 3 is not a big enough league to make it feel competitive. Even if I don't bother putting in any more predictions I will still have a bronze medal at the end of the season.
Waldron40, thanks for all you have done in managing this for us, and it's been a pleasure taking part, but your reasoning is understandable.

Scarjo you are the final champion here!.

    Bye everyone.

Thanks for all your efforts Waldron. Reluctantly, I have to agree with you - no point continuing if there are only 3 of us. I remain relatively pessimistic concerning the rest of the season, having seen the highlights of yesterday's match - nothing short of daylight robbery in my opinion. Sutton could have been four or five up and out of sight at half time if it hadn't been for Mitchell. Otherwise the defending was extremely poor. And not a lot to show up front either if I'm to be honest... Still, we live in hope. Kind regards to the two of you. It was a pleasure while it lasted.
