Taps direct from clouds would be practically impossible

South Yorkshire will be banned from using hosepipes from 26th Aug according to my local MP

Bit of rain next week (well hopefully) so go get your water butts if you haven’t already

Go back to having a birthday bath or share water for the whole family. Knew I should’ve saved that tin bath

Daft laws, I won't be able to use a hosepipe in my garden, but Mrs crash can as she is a blue badge holder.

Buy petrol at £1.95 a litre then receive a note that you can’t take the car out of the garage.

Unlike with smart meters though, you do actually save money with water meters unless you have a large family.

Well, as an alternative to bans they could increase the price of water to £1.95 a litre and see if that did the trick.

2.4bn litres of water per DAY is lost through leakage in the pipes .

Not one reservoir has been created since the industry was privatised in 1989 .

Wonder where all those profits are going ? , clearly not in investment .

26% of Yorkshire Water is owned by the government of Singapore.

10% of Thames Water is owned by the Chinese government.

Probably similar with the other water companies.

Would be better to have the British government running it IMO. Water and railways I'd nationalise.
