    Haw griff...

I'm currently residing in Keswick and I've got to say that it's a beautiful place to visit,I've already visited Lake Windermere and was surprised at how big it is and abandoned plans to walk around it when it was pointed out that it's 11 miles long, anyway last year I foolishly tried to bribe you and howoldboy with curly sausages to gain favour in the prediction comp but it's nice now obvious that Cumbrians are addicted to Kendall Mint cake going by how much is for sale,God you lot just love the stuff so I could slip some into a brown envelope for you and howoldboy to share it it would help with this year's comp 😏

I would like to withdraw* my offer of Kendal mint cake made to griffy,it was made after being on the lash all afternoon and everyone knows that he isn't open to bribery and corruption, why did God invent alcohol? I've now got to apologise to an ex of mine who I texted late last night... God I love Keswick!

    * Unless you want me to leave some in a prearranged place gritty 😏👍

Red squirrels can often be found at the osprey viewpoint on the side of Bassenthwaite a few miles out of Keswick. Not sure if the viewpoint is staffed this year but when it is they feed the squirrels so they’re often seen. Look for Mirehouse, it’s near there.
