    No consolidated mention of the fee but believed to be in the region of £20 million.

    No surprise there. It has been on the cards for weeks. He will be missed, but onwards and upwards. Hopefully some of the money can be used to bring in more talent.

    Sorry to see him go, but not that bothered nor surprised, when we signed him, I never thought for one minute he'd be with us for more than a year.

    He did alright by us though sinkov and we are now about £17.5 million better off, every little helps.

    To be honest he turned out a little bit better than I was expecting, but having said that, he was a bit in and out, and a bit injury prone. I don't think he will be a big loss if the money is put to good use on the playing side.
