    Barnsley v Cheltenham, match thoughts

    I’m going.
After last weeks palaver at Plymouth this is my starting line up …..

    Collins
    McCarthy - Mads - Sraha
    Williams - Luca - Wolfe - Oduor
    Thomas - Marsh - Aichison

I wouldn’t have Cundy, Kichen or Styles near the bench.

    Predicted star player - Thomas.
    Score line - either 1-1 or 2-1.

I wouldn"t have your star player Thomas near the bench , how Cadden does not get in your team is bewildering , Styles has to play especially if you want to sell him & I suppose you have thrown Odour into the mix just to stir the pot whilst stirring the tea pot in the refreshment bar might be better for him . Who is Luca ?

I think Duff will change Cundy for Mccarthy from the last game and that will be it!
If It was me I would also change Cole and start young Marsh and freshen up with Norwood or Dan if it's not Working.

Shad - I don’t know whether you watched the Plymouth match - I’ve put Oduor in there because I couldn’t think who else to put in there.
On last weeks performance we definitely can’t have Styles near the squad - check out Plymouths goal for evidence of that.
As for Cadden - he just wandered about aimlessly - although he did put a few decent crosses in there.
Thomas didn’t pull any trees up - but he was the least worst of the rest of them.

Yes I did watch the Plymouth match , & for me the weak link in the midfield was not Styles it was Benson who was awful , I thought Cadden whilst not brilliant put crosses in which decent strikers would thrive on & certainly did not wander about aimless , Thomas did what he always does & that is fail to deliver a final ball , he is a winger who never beats a full back & when he gets near the box he is like a rabbit in the headlights . Notwood & Aitcheson for me up front must start & lets hope they get some kind of support/ supply .
