In the Championship, Carlton Morris continued his scoring run and bagged the only goal as Luton won 1-0 at Bramall Lane and likewise for Jonathan Swift grabbing the winner for WBA at home to Huddersfield (thankfully)

In League 1, Georgie Hirst (surprisingly?) managed to find where the net is scoring one as Ipswich won 2-0 at Bolton and in League 2 Sam Hoskins keeps chipping in with the odd goal for Northampton as they drew 1-1 at Hartlepool.

In the Championship Jerry Yates bagged a penalty in Blackpool's 6-1 hammering of QPR and RYAN (yes RYAN) Manning grabbed a consolation goal as Swansea went down 2-1 at Millwall. Carlton Morris did his usual trick of scoring the only goal as Luton beat Bristol City 1-0.

In League 1, JCH scored twice as Posh went to Burton and won 5-2 and yet again in League 2 Sam Hoskins found the net as the Cobblers beat Mansfield 1-0.

It's a bit frustrating when just about everyone who has ever pulled on a Millers shirt can score but nobody wearing the current one can emulate the feat.

James Tavernier scored once in Rangers 4-2 win at Motherwell and for a while Kyle Vassell had one on the board for Kilmarnock against St. Johnstone but it was ruled out.

In the Championship relegation mixer, Jerry Yates scored another penalty for Blackpool but thankfully they were beaten 4-1 at home by Coventry whilst Danny Ward provided the only goal in the upset of the day as Huddersfield won 1-0 at Millwall. In League 1, JCH continued to assist in Posh's playoff push as he scored in their 3-0 win at Lincoln and Georgie Hirst scored the first in a 2-0 win for Ipswich at home to Shrewsbury as they remain in the chase for an automatic promotion spot. At the other end of affairs, Jamie Proctor got one for Port Vales as they went down 3-2 at home to Burton in a match between two teams fighting to stay out of the drop zone.

In League 2 Ian Henderson scored a late equaliser to nullify Charlie Austin's 4 goal haul as Rochdale drew 4-4 with Swindon and in the National Leage Ollie Banks scored the only goal from the penalty spot as Chesterfield won 1-0 at Woking to remain in a playoff position.

Barlaser loves the bench, 82nd minute he got on pitch

Pringle also on bench for Altrincham and he stayed on bench

Smallwood with an assist for Bradford which finished 2-2 Hartlepool

Caolan Lavery gets what I think is his first goal for Donny in their 1-1 draw at low flying Crawly which keeps their playoff hopes hanging by a very delicate thread.

Just a couple of familiar names on the scoresheet today as action was limited to the lower leagues. Sam Hoskins and Ollie Banks both netted as respectively Northampton won 2-0 at Donny in League 1 and Chesterfield won by the same score in the National League at home to F.C Halifax.

In International action, Kieffer Moore headed the only goal as Wales beat Latvia and find themselves atop Group D. I guess that's what you get when you appoint one of Snow White's helpers to mark a man who is 6' 5"
