I think you are probably asking the wrong people about these things...
What does the goal keeping coach actually do?
Benji wouldn’t have been the keeper he became without Neil Alexander but we’re all throwing our keepers under the bus despite them being coached by goalkeeping coach we had when we last went down!!!
What does the “sports psychologist” do?
At times our team seem bereft of confidence, isn’t that head shrinkers job to fix?
I’ve read a lot about our team being unable to stop crosses, personally I like the way the wing backs have been getting deployed to get crosses into the box but it does leave us exposed on the counter so..
What does the “sports scientists” do at the high performance centre “improve” their conditioning to get back once they’ve bombed forward?
PS I appreciate the 💩housery of Watt but can the sport psychologist work on him staying on his feet and chasing back? Perhaps the “sports nutritionist” can keep him away from the peri peri chicken so that he has the energy to chase back..?

I don't there is anyone on here that could give an informed opinion on any of the things you've asked. Maybe, but I doubt it.
FWIW I don't think weve looked well coached for quite a long time. I see other teams playing much better football than we do. And often beating us with players our recruitment team wouldn't have considered. Running fast around cones isn't coaching a style of play that beats opponents.

The goal keeping coach appointment was 100% the wrong one, he was part of a massive problem in 2015 yet we bring him back and low and behold we're back to having 2 dud keepers just like we did in 2015
Our coach broke down I heard. Don't think we have any coaches on the training side of the game. All we have is a bunch of people holding ipads or a folder with diagrams on it. We have a Sporting Director, do we really need one? We managed well without one.
we've been rank for a lot longer than we've had a sporting director to be fair.
