What rule is that elk..?..as far as I heard he was all set to go to a league club but the club in question signed a striker instead so pulled the deal for hull..

Nothing to do with previous loans it’s because the transfer window is closed. Can only sign emergency loans ie goalkeepers or unattached players in top leagues hence moving down the pyramid.
