    Next transfer window.

If we tie up one more attacking midfielder and 1/2 strikers then that will do us for now, but it will make the next mid season window really interesting with tabs on a lot of players we have been intersted in but who were uncertain of how we would do (unlike the likes of Bruno and Botman who had the same vision as the club).

This is assuming we continue our good start and are knocking on the door mid season.

In our position, I think it will be easier to sign players in the January window - assuming, like you say, that we are still doing well.

This is the window where players might feel like they're not advancing at their current clubs, maybe due to the club not performing well or them not getting enough game time. They might have six months or 18 months left of their contracts, so the clubs will maybe want to sell them in order to still get some decent cash?

    I dunno, just a feeling.

I'd be happy with Paq and a loan striker to try before buying. Anyting more a bonus.

If we get this now I'd be happy with looking/ keeping tabs on a permanent number 9 in January. From then on its a matter of slow upgrading/evolving 2/3 a window and selling on.

Would also do no harm scouting and loading up with talented youth/****agers to develop ourseleves.

Should def be looking at younger players and getting them in now.

Even if they don't make it, we should be able to sell them on for a profit.

Like Chelski have been doing very well for the last decade or so.
