Left back worries me more than striker.
And that even includes the lb that is injured.
Struik is keen to play but he is not a left back. Square pin in round hole again.

    Oh and Sarr. No thanks.

Looks like Kai Wagner might be brought in as a LB.

If he isn’t that good at football apparently he writes good music

Probably more clickbait - we are buying everybody if you believe the tinternet - My money is on us buying no one until January - depending on how we do until then - said it a month or more ago, We have only spent what we hope to get for Rapha and Kalvin, all the TV money will be banked and saved maybe to buy someone as I just said in January.
Looks like they are thinking Struijk/Helde can cover for Firpo, Rodrigo has hit the ground looking better, Bamford is ok for now and Gelhardt is a back up along with James, so lets just keep what we have got.

Not pleased about it, but that is how I expect it to pan out.

Going to be another 'lets hope we wing it' season if the board don't get that cheque book out and get a LB/CF....tight feckers!

Left back seems so flipping obvious as a weakness in the way midfield was last year.

Bambi now being injured shows we need an aleternative there too

Maybe Sinisterra will sparkle so such an extent all our worries melt away ….
Honestly, the CDK thing and lack of investment go hand in hand for me.
We are, apparently, waiting for the 'right' target.
Well CDK was the right target but we didn't bother to go balls out to get him.
Radz said he regrets waiting and should have gone out to Belgium ten days earlier to get it done. WTF??? That admission absolutely boils my piss.
Don't get me wrong, I fully appreciate what he's done for our club since he's been here. The stability he's brought was exactly what we needed after such a tumultuous twenty year period.
But it feels like, after the first seasons investment we are trying to do things on the cheap.
