Regarding substitutions he makes it sound like it's allowed to sub 5 players at different times. Really it's only three chances to sub during game time.

I'd be interested to know what the average working man's Sunday looks like in 2022? Even I have to make do with avocado toast and a poached egg these days (don't tell Frog) as decent dripping is very hard to come by.
