Reading looked today clueless like they weren't playing for the manager. Be alot tougher games to come in quick succession. Judge Wood then.

Would it actually hurt you to admit that Wood had a good game rather than rubbish the opposition? It's a sad man gru who can't bear to admit that he's ever wrong.

Wood didn't have a good game, he had an excellent game.

And yes in future games he's likely to get roasted by a fast player running at him.

Wood continues to earn his shirt. At the minute he can't be dropped because he is doing the business

Every player will get well bested by an opponent at some point in a season. But no reason to to be stupidly obstinate when he has a good or excellent game

I think you know the answer to that question Patty.

Great performance today, but didn't feel like a hammering.
These new contact rules suit us, as Reading would have been rolling about quite a lot.
If they think we beat them with shear physicality, they've a long season ahead.

Yep and statistically you would expect that to happen more in the Championship

Not much evidence of that happening so far though.

Basically Wood is two bad games away from being branded crap by the majority of our "fans"

That's how it works and Gru will get more supporters
